On Saturday, November 19th, 2016, Bluegrass Center for Autism and the J.B. Holmes Foundation hosted the 6th annual Puzzabilities gala at the Ice House in downtown Louisville. Together, we raised over $100,000 to support children and young adults with autism!
Puzzabilities isn't just a fundraiser – it's an annual celebration of the abilities of children faced with the complex puzzle of autism. Bringing life to our theme of Fire & Ice Carnival, performers from CirqueLouis amazed the crowd with their mastery of ball walking, aerial ballet and other circus arts! The evening also included hor d'oeuvres, dinner, cocktails, a live and silent auction, as well as a few surprises.
All proceeds benefitted Bluegrass Center for Autism to continue its mission to "prepare children with autism and other related disorders academically and personally to successfully transition into the adult world."
Thank you all for supporting BCA and showing that there’s no party quite like a carnival!
And be sure to check back soon for details about Puzzabilities 2017.
